But getting your kids back on a sleep schedule can take time so do yourself the favor of resetting bedtimes before school starts. This way, your kids will feel refreshed and ready to take on the new school year from day one.

Getting your kids back into the routine of waking up early for school can be a challenge — not just for your little ones but for you, too.
