The ladies do a great job of explaining what is going to happen during the appointment & asking if you have any questions. They are very professional but make it a fun, cool experience for the kids with the punch cards & prizes! My daughter's friend was with her & said I can't wait to get my braces on so my teeth can look this good when they come off!"
